Discover the art of perfect Italian gnocchi in this hands-on masterclass. Explore flour textures, taste sauces like butter & sage, tomato, and gorgonzola before pairing them with your handmade gnocchi. Learn how to select the right potatoes, avoid sticky dough, and store or freeze your creations.
